Leave the mixture on low heat low enough for the beeswax to completely melt, and stir in the dried comfrey, dried chickweed and dried plantain until they are thoroughly incorporated into the oils and beeswax.

3

Continue heating the ointment on the lowest heat setting for several hours, or until it looks like the dried herbs are totally infused into the ointment. Stir the mixture occasionally.

4

Fold a large piece of clean cheesecloth or muslin and lay it in a strainer. Strain the comfrey and chickweed ointment through the strainer and into a small bowl.

5

Put the comfrey and chickweed ointment in jars. Allow the ointment to cool, and seal the lids securely.

Tips & Warnings

If you have sensitive skin, try substituting apricot kernel oil. If your skin is more mature, try macadamia nut oil.

How to Make Cleansing Diet Juices

How to Make Cleansing Diet Juices

Whether juice fasting to lose weight or simple adding cleansing juices to part of your regular diet, the juice of fresh fruits and vegetables can be a great way to get all the vitamins and minerals you need and cleanse your body at the same time. The number of juice combinations with powerful healing affects is infinite; however, a few guidelines can help your create your own unique recipes for their beneficial cleansing properties.

1

Include either pears, apples or prune juice in at least one batch of cleansing diet juice you make each day. You do not need to use all three at one time, but can mix and match flavors with the other ingredients in your juice. These three fruits all have powerful cleansing properties that will help to clear the liver, gallbladder, kidneys and intestinal tract from build-up, toxins and impurities. The less impurities found in your body, the more efficient your metabolism and digestive systems and the more energy you will have.

2

Combine your juices so that they are one part fruit juice to one part vegetable juice. Fruit juice is an important part of any cleansing diet juice, but the sugar content is high. Balance the natural sugars of fruits with a wide array of healing vegetables. Some of the most beneficial vegetables for cleansing juices include cabbage, beets, celery, carrot, tomato and cucumber. However, this does not limit other vegetable choices.

3

Cut your juice in a one to one mixture of filtered water and pure juice. If your vegetable juice needs a bit of something extra, you can add cumin for spice, which can help your body eliminate toxins. If you need added sweet, use pear, apple or prune juice or even a very small dab of all natural honey.

4

Mix and match your cleansing diet juices according to what your body needs. You can use a nutritional chart to help track caloric or carbohydrate intake. A nutritional chart can also help you choose your combinations due to certain vitamins and minerals you would like to boost in your regular diet.

5

Have fun and experiment with your juices, as some of the strangest combinations might just end up to be your favorite juices. For example, alfalfa, apple and carrot is delicious, as is pear, beet and cabbage. Try to vary your juice with each combination instead of sticking to one juice you have decided you like. Take advantage of the cleansing properties of many fruits and vegetables.

How to Make Characters Invincible in Final Fantasy 6

How to Make Characters Invincible in Final Fantasy 6

Due to a programming bug, the MBlock skill determines how well a character in Final Fantasy 6 can evade any kind of attack, whether magical or physical. If a character can raise his MBlock statistic to 128 percent or higher, he will dodge every single attack, no matter how powerful.

Things You'll Need:

Final Fantasy 6 game (SNES or PS1 version)

1

Beat the first half of the game and proceed to the World of Ruin. Find the characters Locke and Setzer and convince them to join the group again, and then get your hands on the new airship.

2

Travel to the town Narshe with Locke in tow and have him unlock the doors to the various building until you locate the weapons' store. Enter the shop and walk down the stairs, then have the party speak with the store owner who is sitting next to the bed.

3

Ask the store owner to forge the Ragnarok Esper into a weapon. He will then give you the Ragnarok sword, which will raise the MBlock of any character wielding it by 50 percentage points.

4

Head off to the mines to the north of the houses in Narshe until you see a bridge. At the front of the bridge, the party will be attacked by an ice dragon. After the battle the group will receive a Force Shield, which will raise the MBlock of any character who equips it by 70 percentage points.

5

Fly the airship to the triangle-shaped island and fight the Zone Eater monster. It will swallow the party and transport them to a new area. A treasure chest in this area has the Genji Armor. Equip this armor on a character to raise the character's MBlock by 80 percentage points.

Tips & Warnings

Many items in the game raise the Evade statistic. While this stat should control how well a character can defend against physical attacks, it doesn't actually do anything at all. The MBlock statistic is the only stat in the game that affects how well characters can evade damage.
